According to the latest data, a shareholder of the company transferred 58.495 million shares to Kingsway Securities while moving 60 million shares out of Emperor Securities Hong Kong. This reshuffling of holdings has drawn market attention to the stock's ownership structure.

The company previously released its annual results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Century Group International Holdings reported revenue of HK$27.664 million, marking a significant increase of 73.94% year-on-year. However, the firm also posted a net loss of HK$2.251 million, widening by 40.6% compared to the prior year, translating to a loss per share of 0.3 HK cents.
