Hao Wen Holdings Limited released unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, highlighting a return to profitability driven by higher electronic-parts sales and mark-to-market gains on listed securities.
Financial Highlights (YoY comparisons against 1H 2025):

Balance Sheet and Liquidity:
• Total assets stood at RMB355.93 million; net assets were RMB278.38 million. • Net current assets of RMB118.98 million produced a current ratio of 2.7x (31 Dec 2025: 3.5x). • Gearing ratio (total liabilities/total assets) remained stable at 21.8 %. • Cash and bank balances increased to RMB10.54 million from RMB3.10 million over six months, supported by positive operating cash flow of RMB7.13 million. • Financial assets at FVTPL rose to RMB104.56 million, representing 29.4 % of total assets.

• Electronic parts: Revenue climbed to RMB13.27 million, driven by stronger mainland demand for refurbished components. Segment profit expanded to RMB0.48 million. • Money lending: Revenue fell to RMB11.36 million; segment profit eased to RMB2.06 million amid softer loan demand. Allowance for expected-credit-losses on loan receivables increased to RMB143.25 million.
Capital Structure:
• Outstanding unsecured bonds totalled RMB62.57 million, comprising five tranches issued between 2018 and 2025 with coupons ranging from 5.5 % to 9 % and maturities of up to five years. • No assets were pledged; no material acquisitions, disposals, or capital commitments were reported during the period.
Outlook and Strategy:
Management intends to deepen involvement in electronic-parts processing and trading while maintaining cautious credit risk controls in the money-lending arm. Investment activities will continue under a disciplined framework focused on capital preservation, liquidity and risk-adjusted returns.
Compliance and Governance:
The Audit Committee reviewed the interim results; no issues were reported. The company maintained compliance with the Hong Kong GEM Listing Rules, the Corporate Governance Code and the Model Code for securities transactions by directors. No share repurchases occurred, and no share options were outstanding following the adoption of a new 10-year share option scheme in June 2026.
