China Demeter Financial Investments Limited (CH DEMETER FIN) reported a significant expansion of its share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its monthly return filed on 1 June 2026.
The company completed a placing of 27.10 million new ordinary shares on 15 May 2026 at HKD 0.60 per share, following prior shareholder approval on 6 June 2025. The transaction generated gross proceeds of approximately HKD 16.26 million and lifted the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) from 135.52 million to 162.63 million, representing a 20.0% increase. No treasury shares were created or cancelled during the period, and the public-float level remained above the 25% threshold required by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Authorised share capital was unchanged at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.
Under the share option scheme adopted on 15 June 2023, up to 7.53 million new shares may still be issued; however, no options were exercised in May and no funds were raised from option conversions. The company confirmed that it has no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements.
All regulatory confirmations required under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules were provided by the company’s secretary, Chan Lai Ping, affirming compliance with listing and legal obligations.
