Prosperous Printing Shows Stable Share Base in April 2026 with Public Float Fully Compliant

Prosperous Printing Company Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 April 2026. Issued ordinary shares remained steady at 104.39 million, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end.

The company confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under Hong Kong’s Main Board Rule 13.32B, ensuring adequate market liquidity.

No new shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled during the month, and there were no treasury-share transactions.

Under the existing share option scheme adopted on 15 November 2017, no options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed in April. Consequently, zero shares were issued via option exercises, leaving the option pool unchanged. The scheme still permits issuance of up to 8.00 million shares upon future option grants.

There were no warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuance arrangements in place or executed during the reporting period.

Overall, Prosperous Printing’s equity structure remained static in April 2026, reflecting a stable capital base and continued adherence to Hong Kong Exchange listing requirements.
