CH Demeter Fin Keeps Share Base Unchanged in June 2026, Affirms Public Float Compliance

China Demeter Financial Investments Ltd. (CH Demeter Fin) reported that there were no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026. Authorised share capital stood at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 1.00 billion in total authorised capital.

The issued share count remained steady at 162.63 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares at month-end. Given this structure, management confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

No share options were exercised, and no new options were granted under the share option scheme approved on 15 June 2023; 7.53 million shares remain available for potential issuance under the plan. The company reported zero proceeds from option exercises and recorded no activity involving warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, or other share issuance arrangements during the period.

The filing, submitted on 2 July 2026 by Company Secretary Chan Lai Ping, affirms that all regulatory and listing obligations were met throughout the month.
