Century Group International Holdings Limited (CENTURY GP INTL) has released its circular dated 25 August 2026, which includes the notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and the accompanying proxy form.

The English and Chinese versions of the document are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.centurygroup.com.hk) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have opted for printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with the current notification.

To streamline investor relations, the company is encouraging shareholders to rely on the web-based version of all current and future corporate communications. Investors experiencing difficulties with email notifications or internet access can request printed copies at no cost by completing the enclosed reply form and returning it to Union Registrars Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Without a functional address on record, investors will continue to receive printed notices until updated details are supplied.
