Prosperous Printing Company Limited announced on 10 June 2026 that it will table an ordinary resolution at its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) to re-appoint Target CPA Limited as independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. Target CPA, which retires at the AGM, has confirmed its willingness to serve another term.

Following arm’s-length negotiations, Prosperous Printing and Target CPA have preliminarily agreed on an estimated audit fee ranging from HK$700,000 to HK$860,000, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The Audit Committee evaluated the fee proposal by considering the size, nature and complexity of the Group’s operations as well as the required audit scope, concluding that the estimate is fair and reasonable. The Board concurred and recommended shareholder approval.

If approved, Target CPA will hold office until the Company’s next annual general meeting, with the Board authorised to finalise the auditor’s remuneration.
