The company released its interim results, reporting first-half revenue of RMB 28.866 billion, down 12.42% year-on-year, while net profit attributable to shareholders fell 49.52% to RMB 577 million. According to the financial report, the company's core consumer electronics business faced headwinds, but emerging segments such as smart terminals, AI computing infrastructure, and commercial aerospace all demonstrated resilient growth against the broader trend.
During an August 23 conference call, LENS indicated that the second half of the year would see order ramp-ups in key areas including next-generation AI server structural components and high-efficiency liquid cooling systems. On the server structural components and thermal modules front, the company's Songshan Lake facility has completed capacity expansion and passed customer factory audits, with all necessary filings finalized. Regarding optical fiber, the company is advancing customer certification for precision components supporting hollow-core fiber, while patent applications for MPO patch cords are also in progress.
