Prosperous Print has announced several changes to its board of directors.

Effective after trading hours on June 5, 2026, Ms. Yao Yuan has resigned from her positions as an executive director and a member of the board's risk management committee to focus on her other business commitments.

Mr. Liang Jiajin has informed the board that he has decided not to stand for re-election at the company's forthcoming annual general meeting, which is proposed to be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. This decision is to allow him to dedicate more time to his other business affairs. Mr. Liang will retire from the board following the conclusion of the AGM.

Also effective after trading hours on June 5, 2026, Ms. Chen Mingjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director.
