Hinsang Group (SEHK: 06893) has announced the resignation of Mr. Peng Shaoyan from his position as an executive director. Mr. Peng has also stepped down from his roles as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from June 8, 2026. His departure is attributed to other commitments.

Effective from the same date, June 8, 2026, Ms. Guan Liwen, the current Acting Chairperson of the Board, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and an executive director, has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board.
