Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible online through the company’s designated webpage (www.tricor.com.hk/webservice/008019) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to consult these web-based documents as the primary source of information.

For non-registered shareholders unable to access the online versions, Hao Wen offers complimentary printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications. Investors should complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by emailing 8019-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders preferring electronic delivery can supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is provided through these intermediaries, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
