BAIRONG AI-W (06608) has announced that all conditions precedent for the placement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on August 26, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrant placement agreement. The placing agent has successfully placed a total of 37.3935 million warrants to no fewer than six placees at a subscription price of HK$0.29 per warrant.

Warrant holders are entitled to subscribe for up to 37.3935 million warrant shares during a two-year period commencing from the date of warrant issuance, at an exercise price of HK$8.0 per warrant share, subject to adjustments. The net proceeds from the warrant issuance amount to approximately HK$10.1191 million, which are expected to be utilized for (i) increasing research and development investment; and (ii) working capital and general corporate purposes.
