On 30 July 2026 Hin Sang Group (International) Holding Co. Ltd. announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report, related Circular and Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to the company website (www.hinsanggroup.com) and to HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders and investors consult the online documents (“Website Version”). Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the electronic files, or who prefer physical documents, may obtain printed copies at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 6893-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to receive future electronic notifications. Without a valid email on record, the company will dispatch only hard-copy notices of publication.
