HANS CNC reported a strong first-half 2026, with operating revenue reaching RMB4.98 billion, a jump of 109.29 % from the same period last year. Net profit attributable to shareholders surged 263.45 % to RMB956.86 million, while net profit after non-recurring items rose 281.36 % to RMB953.28 million.

The PCB equipment specialist cited AI-driven demand for high-end printed circuit boards as the primary growth driver. Drilling equipment remained the core revenue contributor, accounting for 72.61 % of sales and rising 113.98 % year on year. Testing, formation and photolithography equipment also recorded triple-digit growth, while newly introduced lamination systems generated RMB18.94 million.

Gross profit climbed 142.90 % to RMB1.75 billion, lifting the gross margin to 35.15 %, up 4.87 percentage points, aided by greater sales of high-value products and economies of scale. R&D spending increased 69.61 % to RMB269.51 million, underscoring the company’s focus on AI-centric technologies.

Total assets expanded 71.46 % to RMB18.20 billion, bolstered by HK$5.39 billion (approximately RMB4.80 billion) in net proceeds from February’s Hong Kong IPO. Net assets attributable to shareholders nearly doubled to RMB12.05 billion, while the gearing ratio improved to 33.67 %.

Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB5.25 billion, up 189.81 % from a year earlier. Net operating cash flow, however, was negative RMB1.07 billion, reflecting heavier inventory buildup and higher operating outlays to support rapid growth.

The board declared no interim dividend and confirmed no material differences between PRC GAAP and IFRS results. Looking ahead, HANS CNC will continue its “ALL IN AI” strategy, expanding product lines for high-layer HDI boards, substrate-like PCBs and advanced packaging, while accelerating overseas capacity to capture rising demand from global AI server and data-center markets.
