Hong Wei Asia Holdings Company Limited on 8 June 2026 released its prospectus for a rights issue to existing shareholders on the basis of four rights shares for every one share held on the record date.

The English and Chinese versions of the prospectus and accompanying corporate communication can be accessed on both the company’s website (www.hongweiasia.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered holders that previously opted to receive documents electronically may, at any time, request free printed copies by submitting the Change Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders wishing to alter their future notification method or language preference—either printed copies or online versions in English and/or Chinese—should complete Part B of the same form and return it to the registrar.
