Jazz Pharmaceuticals Plans $1 Billion Exchangeable Senior Notes Due 2032

Jazz Pharmaceuticals' (JAZZ) wholly owned subsidiary plans to offer $1 billion of exchangeable senior notes due 2032, the company said Wednesday.
The issuer also expects to grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $150 million of notes.
The company said the net proceeds from the notes offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
Concurrently, the company expects to repurchase up to $225 million of ordinary shares from note purchasers, it added.
Jazz Pharmaceuticals shares were down 3.2% in premarket activity.
