Titomic (ASX:TTT), through its Netherlands subsidiary, secured a contract worth 150,000 euros from the Royal Netherlands Army to develop a battle damage repair prototype using its Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF) low-pressure cold spray technology, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The project follows the Army's 2024 procurement of 10 TKF 523 systems, nine of which were donated to Ukraine to support frontline combat repairs, per the filing.
The new prototype is designed to facilitate rapid battlefield repairs of damaged military vehicles and weapon systems, enhancing operational readiness and combat endurance, the filing said.
The prototype is expected to be completed by December, with additional funding potentially supporting testing, manufacturing and deployment across Dutch military units and those of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization allies, subject to successful development and procurement decisions, the filing added.
