Liberty Defense (DETX) has appointed John Percival as board chairman, effective immediately, the company said Monday.
Percival succeeds Executive Chairman Jason Burinescu, who has left the role to pursue other business opportunities.
Percival was most recently president of x-ray systems manufacturer SureScan EDS, according to a statement.
