Amaero (ASX:3DA) filed an updated registration document with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for its proposed initial public offering of common stock in the US, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The registration document includes preliminary unaudited estimates of revenue of between AU$5.6 million and AU$5.8 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, the filing said.
The company also amended its loan agreement with the Export-Import Bank of the US (EXIM) to lower the cash it must hold as security to 10% of the outstanding loan balance from 20%, which freed up AU$3 million of restricted cash, lifting estimated cash to about AU$10.1 million as of Sept. 30, the filing said.
The amendment also widens the assets EXIM holds as security to cover substantially all assets of the borrower, the company, and other guarantors, and pushes back the first test of its minimum cash requirement to Sept. 30, 2028, from Sept. 30, 2027, it said.
The company's shares rose 10% in recent Friday trade.
